1087th Entry - PayPal Sucks
Okay, I am getting real pissed off at PayPal's lousy customer service. Try to act polite and all using their standard templates but no decent answer and help was given. So my money flew out in vain? I didn't get to purchase the stuff that I ordered 3 weeks ago?
All cos of you, lousy idiotic Paypal!
This is the 4th time I am submitting my query.
This is very stressing and infuriating.
I haven been waiting for my funds to arrive at my PayPal account ever since the successful withdrawal from my local bank account on 10 Sep 08. Till now I do not see the money in my PayPal account. I was doing a top up in my PayPayl account.
I have submitted similar inquiries to PayPal from 16 Sep 08 and there is no help given.
I have given my details as requested by 2 of your customer service reps, Shuting and Lei but no responses were given. And Yibo's response did not look professional.
My UOB bank account in Singapore ends with xxxxx and the transfer amount is SGD40. Please do not send a template reply asking me for the same details again and again. I am very dissatisfied with your customer service responses.
If PayPal still do not help me in this request within 24 hours, I will just have to cease using your services and tell my contacts about this lousy customer service at PayPal.
Do you think they will really help me in their next reply?
Where did the money go to? It was successfully withdraw-ed. Where oh where did my money go to?
