Lousy PayPal. Take forever and maybe never to reply to their emails.
It was the first time that I tried to top up the funds in my PayPal account and it has been more than 8 working days since I topped up the money. The issue here is that the money that I transferred from my local bank account to my PayPal account was not seen and I am very worried that the money did not get through! I followed the instructions and steps as was stated at your site to top up the funds. I needed the money to fulfill a transaction with my seller and because of this delay I am not able to do so and this is leaving a bad impression as a buyer. PayPal team, if you really are service-oriented and would like to keep your clients happy, please reply me within 24 hours. I have been waiting for a decent reply for more than 3 working days. Thanks. Tsk.
