It's easy to get married but hard to get a flat. This is happening almost everywhere but especially so here.

The prices are so high and the government is not helping us Singaporeans to get our own flat. Tsk. (Everyone's bound to be unhappy with some things that the govt is handling)

We are more or less decided on the area that we want and we are leaving to our agent(s) to source for flats that are within our budget.

Must calculate leh, move in must buy necessary furniture too!

Sofa, dining table and chairs, kitchen cabinet, bed, wardrobe, TV, coffee table, fan/air con, TV cabinet, fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, utensils, shower heater and head, toilet seats, etc etc...

And $#%@# Navy, don't know for what good reasons that they need to be activated to sail around Marina during the F1 race. You think people will swim up Marina and throw bombs ah? So ridiculous lor! Waste resources, fuel, food, water, electricity, bah! Create more waste some more! Put those police patrol vessels to patrol that area every once in a while can already! Why need big combat ships like theirs? Even if there are incoming intruders, you can send faster and less-resources-used fighter planes to bomb the shit out of them! Thought Air Force is always there, invisible to our eyes? Ships must wait for everyone to come on board, prepare the weapons, everything ready then can move the ship out. Planes just one pilot go in and zoooooooooooooooom!!!! Less than 10min ah!

Below are just whining. Just needed to type to get it off my chest. No action is necessary.

Sons are always your gems right? And I'm nothing more than dirt. When he called home saying that he's taking your ice cream mooncakes home you immediately asked him if he needed umbrella. How sweet!!! How about when I called home? Hello and Bye.

Seen anything nice or good to eat? The sons are always offered first.

Struck lottery? Always have to show off in front of me and Dan. "Wah, if only can win every Sunday!" in a smug tone. Prosperity given to you shouldn't be used to flaunt.

Only know how to order me to water the plants when my laptop is switched on. Cannot water the plants yourself is it? Do you know what's spraying the plants while using your own body to block the water sprays from flying onto my laptop? I always use myself as a shield so as not to accidentally spray onto the TV set, cupboards, shelves and tables.

And when you came home, you blame it on me again for the lack of space on the floor mat to place your wet shoes. What, my pair of slippers are taking a big big big space ah? My fault again?

And then you guys always have to talk behind my back. I can hear them out loud ok. What with me not having a job, acting cranky and stuff. How nice of you towards me huh, talking bad behind me. And it's always the usual stuff. How nice!

I think you all are just helping each other la, since when did you all really help me?
