No idea why but I've been interacting with people who have no professionalism in them.

They are like me, having a business and yet the way they respond is just so ... undesirable?

I treat my customers the way how I want to be treated as one. Whatever questions thrown to me, as long as it's within my ability to answer, I will answer them short and sweet. I will never appear to have a friend-to-friend kind of talk, but of a sincere one. I reply within 24 hours and I reply with courtesy and politeness. I greet them, I call them by their name or the nicker in their email address. I will never ever start my email with the content and not addressing them first.

And yet, the people whom I interact with... Bah...

There's a site where you can advertise your blogshop and naturally in this scenario, we are the clients, and they are the service providers.

This particular owner did not state all the details that I asked and yet told me to go read up on her site. How to when there's just no answers that I need? Bah.

And then this one where we paid to hire the company's services, talk to us as if we were friends and then turned nasty after getting the full payment. Excuses flooded our ears and claimed that whatever they did were all in terms and co, but they failed to give us a physical contract.

And then there's another overseas company that I emailed to ask on some info, gave me a few words reply and that's it. No greetings, nothing.

And then there's this ebay buyer (ok, doesn't apply to the client side category but this member is seriously very irritating) who asks me 3 times if the price is negotiable when I've already answered her once in Jul 08 and then the rest within this week. What's an auction for if prices are negotiable? Hello? It's a bidding system!!! Sheesh. And she kept insisting that we close the deal out of ebay when I've said twice that I have my rights as an ebay seller and I want to close it successfully within ebay. Bah.

For her case, I answered her questions tactfully, without any emotions of anger or whatsoever that's negative. Short and sweet.

And people still don't get it or appreciate it. And then she kept asking the same old thing over and over again. Once, she even seem to 'threaten' me by saying she has dealt with other sellers and hope to close deal with me asap.

If you have dealt with them, go ahead! What for telling me things that I have no need to know?

And one more thing, you don't wait till your things are running low then you scamper to find cheap deals online. It's just like you don't wait till you need to find the loo when the shit is falling. Such last minute characteristics! Bah!

Since still on off-topic, there's this girl (not sure if she's younger or older but I have the benefit of doubt since there was no reply to my email) who emailed me telling me some stuff about someone and then when I sent her a concerned email, ok, here's my assumption, maybe she just read it and chucked it aside. *press Delete* O_O

I being to wonder ~ *rolls eyes* Ask me if you want to know what I was wondering, but I know Kun and Chin knows. I bet Jenna would too if I tell her about the conversation.

Anyway, a few days ago, The New Paper had a report that left me *mouth wide open*. A gentleman in his fifties ordered his coffee at a local kopitiam and was mocked at.

Gentleman: "Coffee, please."
Rude sup-in-charge: "Hahahaha, how to make Coffee Please ah?" (benefit of doubt, his tone was a mocking one)

An Indian man went up to the senior's 'rescue' and told the sup-in-charge that he shouldn't be so rude as to reply to his customers this way. The man got hollered at and named as a 'kaypoh'.

The area manager commented that this is just a trivial issue, and that Indian man made a huge fuss out of it.

WTF?

The 'reason' to explain why the sup reacted that way was, upon seeing someone with the ang moh accent, the Mandarin speaking boorish character felt inferior and had to speak louder just to feel goooooood. Orrrrkay, maybe I'm exaggerating a few points but still, you don't ask someone something this stupid on how to make a Coffee Please when it's so obvious that Please is a word of politeness.

Just what is this society turning into? Such rudeness, insensitive or overly sensitive, loud, noisy, ill mannered, attitude problem people seem to overpower the world!!!!

Now that explains the reason why I'm facing more and more of such people... tsk tsk tsk.

Hai, enough of the rambling. I sound like an old woman already. No choice ah, I need to get this off my chest.

Mrs Ong and her dog came up to our place! Jacob's such a sweet boy! Licks me and even wanted to eat my bread for breakfast!!!

He also went to take a sniff at our hamsters and rabbits. Twinkle being possessive, turned hostile and had this prancing movements in the cage. Queenie just sat at the far end watching and observing things. A hamster was on its hind legs and sniffed at the dog.

Must take a photo of him!!! So damn irresistible lor!!!

Mrs Ong and my mother talked for 30 minutes and I was there snapping Jacob. He recognised the command 'Sit' and 'Sleep'. LOL!!!

And 2 nights ago, I received this!
