1059th Entry 2nd Aug 2008 It's a special day for my ex colleague cum good friend, Siti! It's her wedding!!! =D
This is my 2nd Malay Muslim wedding that I been to and Siti was full of smiles that day!!! A woman truly looks the prettiest on the day of her wedding.
I wish you and Zuraimi happiness always!!!
And here are the photos and videos that I took.
I believe the guy in white T is doing a blessing dance for the couple.
A cropped image of below picture.
2 photographers. Cropped image of below picture.
The female photographer keep taking shots of the couple in the same angle... you can see that from the videos. I'm pretty amused.
Food Q!
Cooking area.
Woot! Like a movie poster!
Awww, don't cry.
Crap, I forgot to edit this photo.
Family picture. I think I also can be Siti's professional photographer liao. (Cos I kept standing at the front line taking pics)
I like this one!
With the siblings.
Cannot miss taking photos with the bride and groom!
Tee hee, a hefty ang bao for her!
Colored rice... Love it!
Everything's in curry!!! The weather was hot too so Dan and I only shared one plate.
After the simple nice lunch, Dan and I excused ourselves (it's a normal thing to see people coming and leaving in Malay weddings cos there's just too many people coming every hour to bless the couple), said bye to Tang and proceeded to do our own window shopping.
I'd wanted to go to Vivo but ended up at Fu Lu Shou at Bugis. Dan wanted to look at the ammonite exhibition there and besides it was nearly 4 when we reached. I don't really like doing rushed shopping when shops here close at 830pm or 9pm.
The biggest ammonite they have costs SGD60k. It's very huge.... about 1m by 1m. There were other smaller ammonites on display too. And I learnt that there are females and males for ammonites!!! Females are slightly bulkier with less attractive colors.
My feet were killing me when we were done at Fu Lu Shou. Dan had to buy shoes for me, and I chose 2! Well, it's actually like this....
I saw this outrageous blue pair of shoes that goes well with my dress and I really like the color so Dan paid for that pair first. Upon leaving the store I saw another pair of black shoes that caught my eye!!!!
And, that's how we got 2 new pairs of shoes for me!
With that, we walked back to Bugis Junction for dinner.
This was what we saw.
My attention is on the raincoat girl. So cute right?

Actually if you noticed, there's a kid who wears white in his diapers in some shots. That's her little brother! Diaper Boy and Raincoat Girl! LOL.
Our dinner was at MOF. This is their salmon salad. Not bad I must say. I love the apple sauce too.
Dan's bento. Lovely colors!
My Chicken Curry Rice. I was too hungry so I just anyhow took this shot.
We were too full and my hands couldn't hold the camera properly so these 2 shots may look lousy. This is Baked Mochi. Quite yummy~
My favorite ah!
There was a NDP rehearsal going on and the Black Knights did a heart shape in the sky!! Can you see that?
Us, full full.
How about I put my hair behind my ear?
Looks like taken in hotel. LOL.
Went straight home after this. Super tired ah!!!
And as I blog this, I realised we forgot to take home the wedding favor at Siti's wedding....
3rd August 2008 Shopping at Sasa, Marina Square!!! So many stuff to look at!!! And we caught 'The Mummy 3' . Thrilling and funny!!! Must watch to know how funny it was!!! "Oh, there's your head, here!!"
First time applying liquid eyeliner by myself... I know it's crap for now la, but I'll practice!!! :D
I'm sure you all know where this is.
Yoshinoya Beef Bowl!! Yummy!! The last time we had beef bowl was in Tokyo! Ahhh... time flies!!!
4 August 2008 Found my big tu tu last night at the pond! Yay!! She's so huge compared to the others! *gasp* She swam to us actually, and that's how we found her... aww.... and next is to find the Crooked Claw.
