Chin and I have been discussing on merging our comic strips to put online.
That was an awesome idea until I found that it was troublesome for her to keep on editing my hand drawn strips. Don't want to trouble her lah!!
So, she started hers at http://xinjunhuanxiangqu.blogspot.com/ where her representative is Xin Jun the frog.
I started mine much later than hers. It's at http://ah-sa-world.blogspot.com/ where you can see a cranky/moody/unpredictable rabbit.
The 'Xin' in XinJun is actually Chin's Chinese name. My Ah Sa is taken from the Japanese word 'Usagi' which means rabbit.
Through these comic blogs, we share our incidents/issues/feelings/lessons in our lives. I personally find that a good way to de-stress.
The only difference is that, Chin uses Chinese to portray her Xin Jun where I use a combination of Chinese and English. Her Xinjun is really very expressive. =)
I admire Chin's digitalized artworks. I am not a pro in that so I stick to hand drawing and then take a picture of it and edit its background. Yea, mine is slightly more tedious than hers so I may not post as often as she does. =)
But so far, Chin has been helping me to do the last edit on my strips before I upload them. I thank her for that!!!
