1043rd Entry
Day 1 - 24th June 2008 - Harajuku

We love this hotel. Sunroute Plaza Hotel, Shinjuku. There's a Chinese saying that goes 'though a sparrow is small, but it has all the organs'. This applies to the room too. Besides, who needs such a big space when we are travelers who are always out of the room?

A 30 minute walk to the shrine.

Dan felt an insect buzzed near his neck. I really didn't see any thing on his shirt. LOL. It was such a cooling weather! The trees blocked the harsh sunlight and it's a few degrees difference away on the streets! Oh, hear the crows!

Before entering shrines/temples, one must cleanse his/her hands and mouth. There's a set of procedures about it.

Left hand, right hand, use left hand to take the water and rinse your mouth, and lastly rinse your left hand. I didn't do the mouth rinsing part cos I've already a full set before this video.

Our very satisfied faces after a very good dinner.

Dan's funny actions. He was so exhausted at the end of the day (also partly due to the lack of sleep in the plane). And earlier on he mistook the glass panels as door and almost walked onto them.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
In the hotel lift. You'll need your room card key to access the lift after a certain time. That's safe! =D

And I wonder why he had so much energy taking this video. Oh, now I know why. Cos he bought the pay per view ticket! Lets you watch all the restricted movies but we found them super boring. Mosaics everywhere!

And so we went to sleep near 12 midnight after a few chat with our friends and a good bathtub shower.
