1027th Entry
We met our videographer, Flo and her assistant at the Singapore Recreation Club last Saturday. Both of us felt very comfortable talking to her. I'm glad that we could hit it off pretty well. There were lots of jokes when they asked us how we met.

=)

That solves the issue of engaging a VG. Oh, their rates are pretty affordable too! Thanks to Wai Chin who recommended them!

We also got our wedding favors to give out to our guests yesterday! Really value for money! There will also be a special touch to it because we found nice stickers in gold and red! Such auspicious colors!!!! Some more, it's a picture of 2 rats with their tails shaped into hearts. Awwwww!!! In case some of you don't know, both of us were born in the Year of the Rats.

Can't wait to start packing the favors!!!

What's left to do while we stay in the suite? Flower arranging I guess... Relax, have fun.. and that's about it.

I'm also in the midst of planning our honeymoon trip too. We'd wanted a Free and Easy trip to Japan, Osaka. But, there were so many issues like the language barrier, the air tickets and hotel stay planning... Plus, it will be quite costly since this is a last minute suggested honeymoon.

Well, you see, I was very upset that Dan has to sail after our wedding so Daniel tried to take some last year's leave days and it end up that his officer told him he could get honeymoon leave instead. I don't see any difference except that Honeymoon leaves maybe of a higher priority than obtaining normal overseas leave since one could get recalled easily during overseas leave.

Since we have so many days on hand, Dan suggested that we could go for a getaway.

Then somehow, it end up that both of us are interested in going to Japan.

And due to financial issues and the timings of the flights, the trip is not yet confirmed. Dan added that we could change from Osaka to Taipei. That's a good idea I thought... but ...

"I thought we want to go somewhere much more cooler? It's so hot here and you still want to go some place warm for honeymoon ah?"

-___________-""

I tried googling for weather reports for Taipei in June 08 and some claimed that the highest it could go is 31. Ain't that the same as SG? Osaka's temperature would be 21-28 degrees.

Aiyah... see how things go. This trip needs more planning.
