I've started using the firming cream that I bought from VS.

I could feel an instant WOAH when I applied it on my chest.

It firms and sort of lifted the area up. Thumbs up.

I applied it to stubborn areas like the thighs and arms. I'm still waiting to see some noticeable results.

Tummy area, waist are considered average... Not much difference though it tones a bit. Reduces some fine lines around my tummy area.

The fitflop I got (it claims to tone your thighs and everything nice) doesn't seem to really work for me.

Some people who rarely exercise, upon wearing the sandals for 10 minutes begin to feel some soreness/aching on their thighs or any other areas which it claimed that it will work on.

I wore for 10 hours but nothing leh? No aching, nothing. I'm quite sure I wore them well. The size fits me to a T too.

Weird right?

But one thing I know for sure that it really does absorb the 'shock' when I land my feet on the ground. I'm known to be an elephant stomp-er and I could feel the difference when I walk in them. Can't really describe the feeling but every step is a 'safe landing'. =)

I'm back to using L'Oreal hair conditioner and hair mask for 3 days. My hair really feels soft and smooth! On top of that, I'm also applying VS's hair gloss that adds a shine. =) It doesn't have a strong smell, just a light fruity one. My hair falls neatly into place and it shines a fair bit. I will be using this combination of products for quite a while. =)

And I just received Dan's call!!! So happy! He's finally back from his 3 weeks' sailing! Yay!!!!



Botak inherited this weird sleeping habit from her mother, Pudding.

Guess it's the heat that's driving her to the top!!! LOL.

Cherry Culture customer service sucks big time.

I submitted my order happily on 15th April. An email sent to me on 19th that the shipment has shipped out using USPS.

Till today I have not receive my order as per stated on their site that their overseas order completion cycle takes 7-14 working days in total.

Feeling worried that my package may not come at all, I emailed their customer service for help.

Dear Sir/Mdm, it has been 5 working days since the below order has been completed and I have not received my items.

Please advise the reason for the delay.

And, there's no tracking number found on the invoice which makes tracking unavailable.

As stated on the site, tracking is unavailable for international orders.

Your order was shipped via USPS international mail.

I had 2 issues in my email and you only replied one, and with such 'arrogance'. It's stated there already, you never read still dare to email us! Hmmpf!

And today I emailed them again.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

It has been more than 8 working days and yet I have not received my items. It is a concern as sending it via a plane and document processing in Singapore will take at most 4 working days.

I've read at your site that the total completion period for overseas order is 7-14 working days but I've submitted my order on 15 Apr and it's 30 Apr today and I've not received my items.

And as a basic courtesy and good customer service, you should address your customers by their name with a salutation and not erasing it totally like what one of your staff has done in the previous email. Plus, I was addressing 2 issues but I was given with one reply that didn't help much. I am reconsidering to purchase items from your online store in future.

As stated in the last email. Your order has been sent via USPS international mail. Tracking is unavailable for international orders.

We have shipped to the address you provided below

Once the package is sent we pass on the risk of loss and title for merchandise to the carrier. We also are not responsible for the safety of your mail box.

With above reasons, we DO NOT replace any order that has already been sent to the customer. Please contact local post office to locate your package.

Wah, so you just wipe your ass and get out of this whole issue and that we shouldn't ask you for more about our orders? Since it's out of your country, there's nothing you can do kind of mentality is portrayed to me!

They are not in the least apologetic to save their customers. I wrote that I am reconsidering to purchase from their store and they didn't even do anything to salvage it.

"You buy, you get out. It's none of our business anymore. We got the money, that's all it matters."

Kun said "if international orders are not trackable, all the more they should be firm on the prompt delivery and not push blame to the clause of putting responsibility on carrier and not provide you a direct contact for it"

You have been warned from purchasing at Cherry Culture. Don't let their low prices fool you. Their customer service sucks big time. It's way way way lousier than the local stores.
